Sought assistance from Dr due to issues other than a sleeping disorder in February 2026. Dr decided to 'treat' my sleeping patterns so that I go into a deep sleep whenever I want to sleep without me reporting any issues of this nature. Ever since then, I am unable to go into a deep sleep whether it is day or night and it's been 8 months now. When I approached him months ago regarding this issue he caused, he wanted me to attend more sessions instead of fixing the issue he created.

Dr John instantly made me feel comfortable and safe. The safe space to trust him with my hypnotherapy was extremely important to me and I felt that during every session with him. I found him to be empathetic and non- judgemental. Extremely professional and respectful of my emotional outbursts. In my four sessions with him I have definitely felt a shift in my perspective on life, able to manage my triggers when certain buttons were pushed, to forgive myself and let go of negative past emotions. My sleep has improved considerably. I am now sleeping through the night with one toilet break. My energy level is so much better throughout the day because of this. I feel like my mind is at rest. My hot flushes have also reduced considerably.
It is amazing feeling more empowered to control my reactions and cravings.
I can’t wait for our last session. Thank you John. Your sessions have been an absolute game changer and worth every cent.

I have been very fortunate to have known Dr John for a good number of years and have had the privilege of benefitting from his incredible expertise in his field when it was required, with great results!
I recently went back to him with a matter that seemed to be insurmountable to me and after only one session, this was broken down in simple terms to something quite manageable, with the correct mindset and tools, which Dr John willingly equips one with.
I have been back for clarity in certain areas which Dr John unselfishly and patiently gave in detail, so that I feel empowered to move on in a positive manner independently
I have recommended Dr John to others, without hesitation, who could benefit from time with him
It really is quite remarkable how Dr John can empathise with any individual on all levels and with his perception break down any problem one would feel overwhelmed by
Highly recommended for self empowerment, peace as well as clarity of mind in order to move forward in a positive manner
