Dr John instantly made me feel comfortable and safe. The safe space to trust him with my hypnotherapy was extremely important to me and I felt that during every session with him. I found him to be empathetic and non- judgemental. Extremely professional and respectful of my emotional outbursts. In my four sessions with him I have definitely felt a shift in my perspective on life, able to manage my triggers when certain buttons were pushed, to forgive myself and let go of negative past emotions. My sleep has improved considerably. I am now sleeping through the night with one toilet break. My energy level is so much better throughout the day because of this. I feel like my mind is at rest. My hot flushes have also reduced considerably.
It is amazing feeling more empowered to control my reactions and cravings.
I can’t wait for our last session. Thank you John. Your sessions have been an absolute game changer and worth every cent.

Dr Souglides is one of the best therapist I have been to, his knowledge and compassion are by far the best I have experienced. I have been to many Dr’s and the approach of Hypnotherapy was my last resort and by far the best resort I took. I recently went back to him with a matter that seemed to be insurmountable to me and after only one session, this was broken down in simple terms to something quite manageable, with the correct mindset and tools, which Dr John willingly equips one with.

Dr. John is simply incredible! He is so thorough, his sessions are personalized and you leave every session feeling a new zest for life. His work is truly remarkable and such a blessing! Thank you for giving me a new and fresh start in life.
